Following the significant interest shown by the community, your Parish Council have started a public Skatepark consultation for Hazlemere residents. The consultation was kicked off at the Hazlemere Fete on the Parish Council stand which had over 80 consultations filled out, which was very supportive of this new approach/process.

It is now time to expand the consultation to the whole community in Hazlemere and your Parish Council have authorised this to be done on the new website via an online Skatepark Consultation form. The benefit of taking this approach will ensure the widest possible audience has an opportunity to respond, including all age groups and community members.

You will find on this site the 22 page combined community led feasibility study regarding a Hazlemere Skatepark. The extensive study took place last year over a period of 6 months resulting in a formal presentation to Full Council. After some debate and an online petition, signed by some 500 people the parish council supported the concept of a public consultation, which is expected to run for 6 weeks from the date of the Hazlemere Fete.

Please take this opportunity to have your say as the Skatepark Council Working Party, consisting of members of the community and 3 Parish Councillors, want the widest possible audience to respond within the community before making further recommendations to Full Council.

Note: Ensure you add your postcode to the form as this will identify both Hazlemere and non Hazlemere residents, failure to add your postcode will invalidate the form.
