Hazlemere has been granted Neighbourhood Area status

We are pleased to confirm that Buckinghamshire Council approved Hazlemere Parish Council’s application to declare the whole of the Hazlemere area as a Neighbourhood Area. This is in accordance with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations (Regulation 5A) which came into effect on 1 October 2016. We are required by the regulations to declare Neighbourhood Areas when a Parish applies to have their entire Parish as a Neighbourhood Area. This regulation also removes the requirement to consult the public on the Neighbourhood Area Application.
