Traffic Calming Rose Avenue, Hazlemere - Public Consultation

The concerns in the community regarding traffic accidents in Rose Avenue have been a discussion point for Hazlemere Parish Council. The Council have agreed the best way forward is to go to public consultation which will run for 6 weeks. We would also be interested to hear your views regarding other road calming techniques, for example, humps in the road or road narrowing to slow down the speeding cars, etc.

This consultation will kickoff at the Hazlemere Fete, the Parish Council has a stand; come alone and tell your councillors what you think.

This will be followed up by survey from which it is aimed at getting your comments.

Behind this link below is an extensive feasibility study sponsored by Bucks CC for your review on one approach, have a read and let us have your views.
