The Council have already talked to members of the community and the level of interest has been significant. The chosen site would be the Rose Avenue recreation ground as it is central to the Hazlemere Community.
The types of equipment can be seen below. We would like to understand if the community would support this project and what equipment the public feel would be used.
The Council have agreed the best way forward is to go to public consultation which will run for 6 weeks. If there is enough support for an outdoor gym then the Council will go ahead with the project.
This consultation will kickoff at the Hazlemere Fete, the Parish Council has a stand; come along and tell your councillors what you think.
As part of the consultation we will also be doing a survey which is aimed at getting your comments.
